His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, extended birthday greetings to the Sultan of Kedah, Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah, on July 5, marking the Sultan’s 84th birthday [1, 2, 3]. The King prayed that Sultan Sallehuddin would be blessed with happiness, good health and a long life by Allah SWT, saying, "May Allah SWT bless His Royal Highness with happiness and grant him a long life" [1].

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also conveyed heartfelt birthday wishes to Sultan Sallehuddin, Sultanah Maliha Tengku Ariff, and the Kedah royal family. The Prime Minister prayed for their health, well-being, mercy, and enduring sovereignty, saying, "Daulat Tuanku. Dirgahayu Tuanku" [1, 2, 3].

In conjunction with his birthday celebration, Sultan Sallehuddin conferred top honours and titles on senior military and police chiefs, along with other notable officials in Kedah [4]. Chief of Defence Forces General Tan Sri Malek Razak Sulaiman and Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Ismail received the Darjah Dato’ Seri Setia Pahlawan Yang Amat Dihormati (S.S.P.K), which grants them the title Dato’ Seri Pahlawan [4].

Several other individuals also received titles such as Dato’ Jaya Perkasa, Dato’ Jaya Dermawan, Dato’ Johan Bakti, Dato’ Biram Jaya, and Dato’ [4].
