Mesiniaga Bhd received a RM43.27 million contract from Maybank Shared Services for a three-year software subscription renewal agreement starting June 11, 2026, and running until May 31, 2029 [1, 2]. The contract does not include an automatic renewal clause [1].
This marks the second contract Mesiniaga has won from a Maybank subsidiary in 2026. Earlier, on April 24, the company announced a RM51.64 million deal for cloud infrastructure software and support services from the same client [1].
Mesiniaga said the new contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s revenue and net assets starting from the financial year ending December 31, 2026 [1, 2].
Despite the contract wins, Mesiniaga’s share price closed unchanged at RM1.23, with a market capitalization of RM74.3 million [1].
The software subscription renewal contract is set to expire on May 31, 2029 [1, 2].
