He argued Rosmah’s image appeared only momentarily for less than five seconds during the full 1.5-hour show and was neither a recurring theme nor the main focus. He said, "The display was momentary, as it was not the main theme or focus of the defendant’s show. The lawsuit heavily references two clips uploaded on TikTok by user @mayychan0303, which Harith says do not represent the whole performance [1, 2, 4].
