Amazon has started offering early Prime Day deals on a range of tools and technology products, ahead of the official event on June 23. Discounts include mechanic's tool sets, power tools, and home tech devices available now on Amazon’s US site [1, 2].
The DeWalt 100-piece mechanic's tool set is discounted by 34%, now priced at $144.54, while the Craftsman 230-piece mechanic's tool set is 35% off at $129 [1]. Additionally, an 8-piece Craftsman screwdriver set is available for $14.98, down 49% from its usual price [1]. For power tools, the DeWalt 20-volt drill and impact driver combo set is offered at $169, a 32% discount [1].
Early deals also extend into tech and home appliances. Fox News highlighted a Blink wired floodlight camera priced at $29.99 after a 70% discount as a favorite among early offers. Caitlyn Martyn, Commerce Editor at FOX News, said, "Amazon is serving up impressive early Prime Day deals right now. I sifted through thousands of deals on kitchen essentials, entertaining must-haves and vacuums to find the best of the best" [2].
Prime Day officially begins on June 23, but many deals are already live, allowing shoppers to take advantage ahead of time [2].
